Description
Athletic on the international stage, successful up to 1.55m under Belgian rider Karel Cox and now competing with Anna Maria Kulmann (GER), this top-modern athlete hails from the direct lineage of Rodrigo Pessoa’s Olympic champion, Baloubet du Rouet.
Esprit de Talma is particularly distinguished by his boundless talent, which he has impressively demonstrated with multiple victories in various six-bar classes. Exceptionally careful and always with a powerful jump, Esprit de Talma leaves a lasting impression in the arena.
Sire Vigo Cece claimed the title of champion stallion in France at the age of three. Tragically, he passed away just three years later. Despite this, he sired numerous top-performing sport horses, including the current winner of the Sires of the World jumping competition, Enjoy de la Mure, and Denver de Talma, successful at 1.65m with Lorenzo de Luca (ITA).
The dam’s sire is the Selle Français stallion Allegreto, who himself competed successfully at 1.60m. As a son of the popular sire Jalisco B, Allegreto has left a lasting legacy in the pedigrees of many internationally successful sport horses.
In the third generation, the legendary stallion Galoubet A appears in the pedigree. Victorious in numerous Grand Prix and World Cup competitions, Galoubet A is renowned for producing an extraordinary number of top-tier offspring. His sons, such as Quick Star (Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum), Baloubet du Rouet (Nelson and Rodrigo Pessoa, BRA), Taloubet Z (Christian Ahlmann, GER), and Ephebe for Ever (Christian Hermon, FRA), are exemplary representatives of a brilliant lineage of Galoubet A progeny.
