Description
Etienne inspires inevitably as special popular figure. On the one hand his striking, impulsive movements are simply breath-taking and on the other hand the peaceful but superior aura of this still young stallion thrills everybody.
His debut in the show ring, Etienne recently used to take home his first victory. Especially his impressive canter was honored with a score of 9.0. Etienne’s quality of movements is characterized by much springiness as well as engaged hindquarters. Furthermore, the natural balance and very good body image of this stallion, who stands still at the beginning of his career, is impressive. Swinging in rhythm with the gait, supple and springy, this smart bay one knows how to please. Etienne passed sovereignly his first public presentations. On the occasion of the sports tests for four-year old stallions, Etienne received an excellent final score of 8.55 with a special highlight on his excaptional rideabilty with a score of 9.0. Additionally, Etienne took a first rank in a test for young riding horses with a top score of 8.6. In this test, he was also extolled for his very harmonious and perfect conformation, receiving a 9.0.
A pure joy is the inner calm and natural mental balance of this stallion with much vision. Eager and always willing to work, that’s how Etienne presents easily himself in all situations. His lovely, cooperative attitude characterize both, the handling as well as the riding comfort of this beautiful, athletic youngster.
Escolar, the sire of Etienne, belongs to the most popular and demanded trademark stallions of current breeding due to the special combination of heredity power and top sport performance at the highest level. Escolar, who won international Grand Prix classes, sired about 45 licensed sons as well as a high number of up-and-coming sport successful offspring. Because of Escolar, the high-performance Westphalian E-blood line is as modern as never before.
In second generation of Etienne’s line of ancestors the precious ideal connection of Escolar to Sir Donnerhall-mares can be seen. Sir Donnerhall I, who can be found as trademark stallion in numerous pedigrees of successful top horses, stood out as Bundeschampion and World Champion of young dressage horses in his time. With over 100 licensed sons and more than 230 advanced level successful offspring Sir Donnerhall founded a whole dynasty already in life.
In third generation, Laurentianer, a son of Lauries Crusador xx, refined Etienne’s genetic with a precious “shot blood”. This state stud sire, who himself belonged to the most significant sires of the State Stud Warendorf, celebrated many successes up to Grand Prix level under Marlies van Baalen after taking the title of the World Champion of six-year-old dressage horses. Especially appreciated for their rideability values and his balanced temperament are about 250 offspring, who are successful in sport up to Grand Prix level. 11 sons are licensed.
Etienne’s full brother is the celebrated Bundeschampion Eternity, who caused a stir at Warendorf under Eva Möller. In the final of the WC for seven-year-old dressage horses Eternity was celebrated winner of the bronze medal under the Danish rider Anne-Mette Strandby. Etienne originates from the Hanoverian line of Jugami which is also known for the licensed stallion Derbyfavorit as well as the successful Warendorf state stud sire Weinberg.
